Hi, I'm Djibril

I lead support operations at Sufio, where I spend my days building systems that turn customer feedback into product improvements. I think a lot about how support teams can be more than ticket-closers—they can be the bridge between what users experience and what engineers need to hear.

Outside of work, I shoot film photography, run a Notion community in Slovakia, and build solutions for problems I encounter in my day-to-day work. I'm always tinkering with something. To learn more about what I'm working on, check out my Now page.
